This was the soundtrack to my youth right here. As for the music itself, it's darn good. Perhaps I'm biased because I have such fond memories of this one, but I really love this album. There are the catchy radio hits like "Kryptonite", but my favorite has always been "Be Like That". That song brings a tear to my eye. Oh crap, did I just admit that? Aw, who cares. I love this album. It was the very first album I ever heard in its entirety and is still one of the best. I remember bragging to my friends that I'd bought this album, and I played it until I got sick of it. :) There are a few duds on it, but for the most part this is what 3 Doors Down do best. It's accessable and catchy modern rock with an alternative spin. Maybe not their best, but still a very good album.Favorite tracks: Away From The Sun, When I'm Gone, Sarah Yellin' |
